How do I make a reservation?

You can book directly on this website — simply select your dates, choose your property, and complete checkout in minutes. Booking direct ensures you receive our best available rate, priority support, and exclusive perks not available on third-party platforms. Prefer to speak with someone first? What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a standard cancellation policy: cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind, especially during peak season. → Full policy details are displayed at checkout before you confirm.

How far in advance should I book?

South Florida is a year-round destination, and our properties fill quickly — especially during holiday weekends, spring break (March–April), and winter season (December–February). We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance for peak periods and at least 2 weeks out for standard stays. That said, we do occasionally have availability on shorter notice, so it's always worth checking.

Can I modify my reservation?

Absolutely. Date changes and modifications are welcome, subject to availability and any rate differences for the new dates. Please contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate your request. Modifications made within the cancellation window may be subject to policy restrictions.

What time is check-in / check-out?

Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. These times allow our team to prepare each property to the high standard our guests expect. Early check-in and late check-out may be available — see below for details.

Where do I park?

Each property has dedicated parking included at no extra cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely through our encrypted booking platform. We do not accept cash or personal checks for reservations. We may also arrange for acceptance of Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cryptocurrency, and ACH.

When is payment due?

For bookings made more than 30 days before check-in, a deposit of 50% is collected at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is collected at booking. You'll receive a payment confirmation immediately after each transaction.

Is the property pet friendly?

We do welcome well-behaved dogs (typically up to 2 pets, under 50 lbs). A pet fee of $250 per stay typically applies at pet-friendly properties. Each listing clearly indicates whether pets are accepted, and pre-approval is required. Please reach out before booking if you're traveling with a furry companion.

What amenities are included?

Our properties are fully equipped for a luxury, home-away-from-home experience. Standard amenities include a fully outfitted kitchen, smart TVs with streaming apps, high-speed WiFi, in-unit washer and dryer, premium bedding, beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella, etc), and a complimentary selection of toiletries and accompaniments. Many properties also feature private pools, outdoor entertaining spaces, and dedicated workspaces. Full amenity lists are detailed on each property page.

How close is the property to the beach and local attractions?

Our properties are located across some of South Florida's most desirable coastal communities, including Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Oakland Park, and Lighthouse Point. Distances to the beach and nearby attractions vary by property and are listed on each property page. Most of our coastal homes are within a 5–10 minute drive of the beach, with several just a short walk or bike ride away.

Are there restaurants nearby?

Absolutely — South Florida's dining scene is exceptional and all of our properties are within easy reach of excellent restaurants, from casual waterfront spots to upscale dining. Each property's welcome guide includes a curated list of our personal favorite local restaurants, cafés, and bars tailored to the neighborhood. From Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach to Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, great food is never far away.
