The kitchen is fully stocked β Ninja blender, Keurig, quality cookware, full dish sets, dining table for six, and breakfast bar seating for three. Sliding glass doors connect the kitchen directly to the tiki hut and patio. Laundry is available for longer stays.

The house is in a quiet, residential part of Delray Beach β private and peaceful, but not a neighborhood guests typically walk around in the evenings. A car or Uber is the right way to get to Atlantic Avenue, the beach, and everything Delray has to offer. The drive is about 8 minutes. Wonderful facilities for our family of four while traveling for work. The host knew we were in town to open a new business and even left us a congratulatory gift. Very comfortable beds which is a must for us. We cook mostly every meal and the kitchen was perfectly stocked so that we could easily accomplish that. Looking forward to staying with them again on our next trip to Delray!

This house is absolutely stunning. Jeanine goes out of her to make to create a cozy and inviting luxurious property. The house matches the photos precisely. The amenities are quality and high end, luxurious as advertised. The A/C works well, the TV's work, all with free subscriptions to multiple streaming platforms. The pool heater works. The beds are comfortable. The towels are ample and good quality. There is tile throughout the house and bathrooms. The couch is high quality leather. The fridge and freezer work. The tiki hut has wonderful nighttime lighting. The pool, however is not a "full sized" pool. Jeanine is an extremely responsive host. We would stay again.

The pool was really a dunking pool not for swimming but overall it was fine. Several of the lounge chairs had broken backs, and the house definitely needs some TLC and repairs. The air hockey table didnβt work which was kind of disappointing. The backyard was very nice and as described and we spent time outside. We were not happy at all with the neighborhood. Itβs very run down and on the outskirts of town. We did not feel safe walking around there and that was very disappointing. Iβm not sure what I could have asked beforehand because we are not familiar with Delray so we wouldnβt know the area. Overall I would give it a 3 out of 5.
