🌊 The Outdoor Experience

The backyard is designed in three distinct zones, which is what makes it work for groups where different people want different things at the same time.

The travertine pool deck surrounds the heated pool — cool underfoot even in full Florida sun, with lounge chairs and room to spread out. The pool is warm year-round, professionally serviced twice a week, and guests have used it from early morning swims to late-night sessions under the Florida sky.

The artificial turf zone is where the tiki hut lounge lives — comfortable seating, a 55" Smart TV, and a warm, shaded spot that adults consistently claim as their territory while the kids are in the pool. Multiple guests have specifically called the tiki hut lounge the adult highlight of the property.

The putting green sits adjacent to the tiki hut — casual enough for kids, competitive enough for adults. Cornhole and oversized Connect Four round out the outdoor games. A covered pergola with a full bar and dining setup completes the outdoor living picture. BBQ grill included.

A fully stocked bar cart with martini and wine glasses is ready when you arrive. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are included.

Pets are welcome. The fully fenced backyard gives them room to roam.

Inside the Home

This is the most design-forward interior in the portfolio — and guests notice immediately. Chandeliers, eye-popping artwork, vibrant colors, and thoughtful touches throughout every room. Multiple guests have said the interior alone exceeded their expectations. One said "no detail was lost." Another said it felt top of the line through and through.

The open-concept living area connects the kitchen, dining space, and billiards table naturally. A large L-shaped sectional, 65" Smart TV, and the billiards table make this the gathering space for evenings when the group comes inside. The kitchen is fully stocked — quality cookware, coffee setup, dining table for six, kitchen bar for casual meals, and everything a group needs for real cooking.

Families with young children: a travel crib and high chair are available.

Every bedroom has a 55" Smart TV with Roku. Beds are made with premium mattresses and linens — sleeping comfort is called out consistently across reviews.
