How do I make a reservation?
You can book directly on this website by selecting your dates, choosing a home and completing checkout through our secure booking process. Booking direct makes it easy to explore our full collection of South Florida vacation homes and gives you direct access to our team for reservation support.
Where are your vacation homes located?
Our vacation homes are located in Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Deerfield Beach, Lighthouse Point and the greater Fort Lauderdale area.
Are the pools heated?
Yes. Every Sunshine State Lux BNB home features a private heated pool. Additional outdoor amenities vary by home and may include tiki huts, pergolas, putting greens, waterfront settings, spas, billiards and outdoor games. Check the individual property page for the exact amenities included with each home.
Do your vacation homes have fenced backyards?
Yes. All Sunshine State Lux BNB vacation homes have fenced backyards, and every home also features a private heated pool. Additional outdoor amenities vary by property and may include tiki huts or pergolas, putting greens, waterfront settings and outdoor games.
What amenities are included?
Every home includes a private heated pool, fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, in-home laundry, bedding and essential toiletries. What time is check-in / check-out?
Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Standard checkout is 10:00 AM, while guests who book directly through our website receive an 11:00 AM checkout. Early check-in or additional late checkout may be available depending on the reservation schedule.
What do I need to do before checking out?
Nothing beyond packing your belongings and leaving the home. We don't ask guests to strip beds, start laundry or take out the trash. Our zero checkout chores approach means you can enjoy your South Florida getaway until it's time to leave.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Every Sunshine State Lux BNB home is pet friendly, and every home has a fenced backyard.
Can large groups stay together in your South Florida vacation homes?
Yes. Sunshine State Lux BNB specializes in vacation homes for families and groups, with multiple homes designed for larger stays. In Boynton Beach, groups can also book multiple nearby homes to keep an extended family or group together while still having separate bedrooms, kitchens and private spaces.
Are your vacation homes good for bachelorette weekends and girls' trips?
Yes. Our private South Florida vacation homes are a great fit for bachelorette weekends, girls' trips and adult group getaways that want to stay together in one home with a private heated pool, kitchen and gathering spaces. Our homes are in residential neighborhoods and are intended for overnight accommodations, not parties or events.
Where do I park?
Each home includes dedicated on-site parking at no additional cost. Parking capacity and configuration vary by property, so contact us before arrival if your group will be bringing multiple vehicles or has specific parking needs.
Are your vacation homes close to beaches, dining and downtown areas?
Yes. Our vacation homes are located throughout South Florida with access to beaches, dining, shopping and entertainment. Location varies by home, including properties near Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach and the greater Fort Lauderdale area. Check each property page for the specific location and nearby attractions when choosing the best home for your stay.
Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes. Our homes are within easy reach of South Florida dining ranging from casual waterfront restaurants to upscale options. Our guest guides include local recommendations, with favorites around areas such as Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach and Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made 15–30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable. Full cancellation terms are displayed at checkout before you confirm your reservation. We recommend travel insurance for added protection.
When is payment due?
For reservations made more than 30 days before check-in, 50% is collected at booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is due at booking. You'll receive confirmation after your payment is processed.
Can I modify my reservation?
Yes. Date changes and other reservation modifications may be possible subject to availability, applicable rate differences and the terms of your reservation. Contact us as early as possible and we'll let you know what options are available.
How far in advance should I book?
South Florida is a year-round destination, with demand typically strongest during winter, spring break and holiday periods. For the widest selection of homes and dates, we recommend booking 4–8 weeks ahead for peak periods and at least two weeks ahead for other stays. Last-minute availability does occasionally open up, so it's always worth checking.
