The marble patio is private, fully fenced, and catches full sun all day. String lights and the tiki hut glow make the evening feel completely different from the afternoon.

A fully stocked bar cart with martini and wine glasses is ready when you arrive. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are included.

Inside the Home
The interior is charming, beachy, and thoughtfully designed β guests describe it as a tiki cottage that feels immediately like home. LED mirrors in the bathrooms, beautiful art on the walls, a large leather sectional, and details throughout that guests say stop them in their tracks. One guest said they were in awe with every turn.
The kitchen is fully stocked β quality cookware, coffee setup, dining table for six, kitchen bar for casual meals, and everything needed for real group cooking. Travel crib and high chair available for families with young children.
Every bedroom has a 55" Smart TV with Roku. Beds are made with premium mattresses and linens.

The games selection throughout the house is extensive β one guest called it an insane amount of games. The tiki hut Smart TV has been used for sports, movies, and game nights. The decor is specifically beachy and charming β guests call it out independently.
Geoffrey booked for Spring Training Mets games and walked to Atlantic Ave easily. The FreeBee made the whole trip car-free for multiple groups. The neighborhood is vibrant and downtown β lively, diverse, and close to everything. Most guests love the energy. A car or Uber is available if you prefer.

A Note on the Property
This is a three-bedroom home that sleeps up to 8 using the trundle beds. The layout is cozy and designed for groups who plan to spend most of their time outside. The backyard consistently exceeds expectations β multiple guests have said it looks bigger and better in person than the photos.
Getting Around
The FreeBee electric shuttle picks up right at the front door β free rides to Atlantic Ave and the surrounding Delray area. Atlantic Ave is also walkable β about a 10 minute walk or 2-minute drive. The beach is 1.25 miles. Boca Raton is 10 minutes south. Fort Lauderdale is 25 minutes south.

Jeanine was proactive in reaching out to find out how our check-in and first night went, and asked us if we needed anything. We needed a cooler as we could not find the one that was posted as included in the description, and she immediately had two coolers express delivered to us so we could have the perfect beach day! The house was clean and we LOVED the pool all times of day- for morning coffee, and midnight movie swims. This is a must stay!

House was a huge WOW!. I wish I could give it more stars *****!!! By far, BEST house we've ever rented. This was my annual trip with best friends of over 45 years! Host gave attention to details which screamed out "Welcome!". We loved so many things: coffee set-up so shopping could wait, towels shaped into swans on the bed, comfy beds with nice fluffy comforters, lots of bath & pool towels, ample supply of PT and TP, nice w/d, great outdoor grill. Very large TVs in every room.... barely used as we spent so much time either in the pool or the cutest Tiki Hut with really comfortable couches and a table for dining, plus another big TV! We loved the place so much we stayed in more than going out. Can I talk about toilets? Highest tech I've ever seen.... they did everything but talk to you. 2027 trip will be back to West Coast where we all grew up, but I'm hoping they'll come back to me in FL for 2028 to this or another house of Jeanine's. Lastly, communication was incredible!

Great stay near Atlantic avenue with a private pool. The backyard area has a tall privacy fence and feels very private, fully fenced in for dogs, pool was very comfortable. Host was very responsive and helpful. Useful cooking amenities like a grill out back and blender in the kitchen were nice to have. Overall great stay, would book again

We stayed 10 nights at Jeanineβs place. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is extremely well supplied with kitchenware, pool and bath towels and plenty of coffee, and there is lots of storage space. The toilets are awesome! We appreciated the tiki hut and multiple chaises, and it was nice to have a huge washer and dryer for laundry. We had a car but also walked to downtown Delray several times. Itβs also 5 minute walk to Tropical Smokehouse for solid barbecue. For folks wondering about the neighborhood - this home is in a diverse/transitioning part of Delray. Some of the homes have been redone (like this Airbnb) and others have not. We felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommend.
