Sunshine State Lux BNB has eight vacation homes in Delray Beach, Florida. Every one has its own private heated pool, every one welcomes pets, and no home asks you to do chores before you leave. Two of the seven sit two blocks from the Atlantic Avenue corridor and one is about three-quarters of a mile away; the other four are in quieter residential East Delray, including three in Tropic Palms, where the lots are larger and some homes back onto the canal. Five of our Delray Beach homes have 3 bedrooms and sleep up to 8 guests, while three have 4 bedrooms and sleep up to 10. Depending on the home you choose, additional amenities include tiki huts, putting greens, billiards and canal settings.

How close do you want to be to Atlantic Avenue? Two of our homes—our Heated Pool, Tiki Hut, Huge Yard, Bar, Walk 2 Ave and our Tiki Hut, Htd Pool, Bar & Putting Greens Near Ave—are two blocks from the Atlantic Avenue corridor, which makes getting to that side of Delray easy. A third is about three-quarters of a mile from Atlantic Avenue, on a quiet block, and was built in 2020. What Tropic Palms is like Three of our homes are in Tropic Palms, a residential neighborhood in East Delray. It is quiet and easy-going, the lots are generally larger, it is very walkable within the neighborhood itself, and some of our homes there back onto the canal. A fourth home sits further west in East Delray and was built in 2023.
