The canal-front backyard is the centerpiece β layered with things to do and genuinely fun to be in all day. The full-size heated pool sits at the heart of it, clean, warm year-round, and large enough for the whole group. Guests have swum every single day and stayed outside well into the evening.
The tiki hut is where the group gravitates after the sun lowers β bar, lounge seating, dining table, Smart TV, and string lights that create a warm tropical glow. Guests have watched sporting events, hosted dinners under the lights, and called the evening tiki hut experience a highlight of the trip.
The putting green sits alongside the tiki hut. Cornhole and jumbo oversized Connect Four are set up in the yard. The backyard has canal views and a peaceful water backdrop β quiet, residential, and completely private.
A fully stocked bar cart with martini and wine glasses is ready when you arrive. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are included.

The interior is bright, vaulted, and well-appointed β soaring ceilings, quality finishes throughout, and an open-concept layout that keeps the group together when they're not outside. A 75" Smart TV and billiards table anchor the living space. Board games are stocked for evenings when the group wants something different.
The kitchen is fully equipped β quality cookware, coffee setup, dining table for six, and breakfast bar seating for five. Children's amenities are available β travel crib, high chair, and kid-friendly dinnerware for families with young ones. A Note on Getting Around
The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and residential β pleasant for morning and evening walks. A car or Uber is the right way to get to Atlantic Avenue, the beach, and everything Delray and Boca have to offer. Atlantic Avenue is 10 minutes by car. Boca Raton is 5-10 minutes south. The beach is 10 minutes.

Had a great week here, everything was perfect! The beds were so comfortable which is very hard to come by. The back yard had everything you could ask for and more. We spent our mornings eating breakfast under the Tiki Hut then straight to the pool. It was really cool seeing all the iguanas that hung out on the trees in the backyard. The location was perfect only 10-15 min drive to dinner/activities! I highly recommend booking with Jeanine, we will definitely be back!

The entire process is so well streamlined that transitioning from challenging, travel, logistics into an instant oasis of calm, cleanliness, and wildlife was just outstanding. Putting aside the incredible heated bidet toilets and just how amazing that was! Everything was squeaky clean just as I like it at home. The colorful backyard and beautiful warm pool, which was also very clean, with games like mini golf, cornhole and floating loungers plus a fantastic outdoor seating area, which is covered and sturdy and provides just the right amount of shade I fear I have become cynical in dealing with Airbnb properties and experiencing disappointment. Meant so much to me and my family that we could relax, knowing that everybody had what they needed in this Zen like setting.
